Shay Pinsker has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Manager at Noble Energy from March 2013 to July 2014. Shay then joined the European Commission as an International Projects Manager, working on various projects such as IN2IT, CLEVER, and OCULUS from December 2016 to June 2018. Following this, Shay worked at OP Innovate as an International Cybersecurity Project Manager, where they developed a marketing strategy, a cyber learning system, and provided IT training from January 2015 to November 2018. Shay then moved to The Jewish Agency for Israel as a Community Emissary in Australia, where they created bonds with local Jewish organizations and guided candidates on their process of Aliya and long-term Israel programs from September 2018 to November 2019. Currently, Shay is back at OP Innovate and holds the positions of Head of Offensive and Defensive Security, Chief Operating Officer, and International Cybersecurity Projects Manager.
Shay Pinsker received a Bachelor of the Arts (B.A.) degree in Technological Marketing & Management, Cum Laude, from Sapir College. This education was completed between 2015 and 2018.
