Cécile Pompanon is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in global communication strategy and employee engagement. Currently serving as Associate Director of Communications for the Exterior & Lighting Business Group at OPmobility since February 2016, Cécile leads initiatives for a workforce of 26,000 across 18 countries, organizing international events and campaigns.
