Tim Dawson

Tim Dawson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the UK Country Director for OPmobility since May 2017, Tim previously held significant positions including Acting General Manager and Managing Director at Kaman Aerosystems, where responsibilities included full P&L management for multiple business units. Tim's background also includes a Director of Manufacturing and Procurement role at NSK Europe Ltd, advising on operations across three European business units with a combined turnover of €1 billion. Additional experience encompasses managing director positions at NSK Steering Systems Europe and site leadership at Bombardier Transportation, along with foundational roles at Vickers Aerospace and BAE Systems. Tim holds a Post Experience Diploma in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield School of Management.
