Virginie Loye

Virginie LOYE currently serves as the Group HR Director for Digital & IS at OPmobility, providing strategic HR support to facilitate the worldwide transformation of the D&IS function. Previously, Virginie held multiple leadership roles at Plastic Omnium, including Talent & Organization Development Director and Learning and Development Director, focusing on HR development processes and international training initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of the HR practice at Cegos, where responsibilities involved developing HR training programs and consultancy projects, along with an extensive tenure at Whirlpool France, where Virginie implemented HR strategies and managed teams across various HR functions. Virginie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université de Rouen and a BA(Honors) in European Management from Middlesex University.
