Tommie Frison is a Housing Coordinator and SHIP Administrator at the City of North Miami since September 2018. Tommie also works as a Financial and Housing Counselor at Opa Locka CDC since November 2004, providing counseling services to program participants and coordinating homebuyer education workshops. Tommie holds a Master's Degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Generalist.
