Amy Pantlin

Amy Pantlin has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Amy is currently the Head of People Operations at Opago, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of People at City Relay starting in October 2020. Amy also worked as an HR Consultant at Leufroy from May 2021.

Amy has extensive experience at Chesamel Group, where they held multiple roles. Amy was the Head of People and Projects from April 2020 to October 2020, and the People and Culture Lead from May 2018 to April 2020. Amy also worked at Google as a Workforce and Project Delivery Consulting Partner through Chesamel, from May 2018 to October 2020.

Before joining Chesamel Group and Google, Amy worked as an HR/Talent Acquisition Partner at PatSnap from January 2017 to May 2018. Amy also had roles at Equinix, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - EMEA from July 2016 to December 2016, and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - EMEA from October 2015 to July 2016.

Amy Pantlin completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2008 to 2011. In 2018, they obtained a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Amy also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga London in 2018. Currently, in 2022, they are pursuing a Small Business Charter degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to their university education, they attended Parkstone Grammar School from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their A Levels in Politics, English Literature, Theatre Studies, and French.
