Shiri Kontes Gilgun

Shiri Kontes Gilgun is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at OPC Energy and as Founder and Community Manager of the HIRED community since April 2023, Shiri created this community in response to the challenges faced in Israel's high-tech sector during 2023. Previously, Shiri held the position of Head of HR at PowerLink, where HR processes were adapted to shifting market conditions. Shiri's career also includes roles at BUYME as People and Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition and Alumni Relations at Adam Milo, and various HR positions at BDO Ziv Haft Israel, among others. Shiri's educational background includes a Practical Human Resources Certificate from ISHRM and a degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel.
