Caroline Pachoud is an experienced professional in project management and training within the fields of disability and diversity, currently serving as Cheffe de projet Handicap & Diversité at Opco Atlas since May 2018. In this role, Caroline leads partnership initiatives at both national and regional levels to support vulnerable populations, aligning efforts with the OPCO's objectives. Previous experience includes roles as a Conseillère formation grands comptes and a Conseillère formation, assisting large companies and smaller enterprises with their employment and training policies. Prior to Opco Atlas, Caroline held the position of Directrice adjointe d'un centre de formation professionnelle at Visuel-LSF Ile-De-France, which specializes in French Sign Language. Caroline's educational background includes certifications in project management and human resources, as well as a Master’s degree in Language Sciences from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
