Sylvie Penault-Benaouda

Sylvie Penault-Benaouda is an experienced project manager and training consultant currently serving as Chef de projet certification and Conseillère Formation at Opco Atlas since January 2018. Prior roles include Responsable de Formation at IFOCOP Groupe, where Sylvie coordinated a team of ten trainers and supported the professional integration of fifty trainees annually. Between 2005 and 2014, Sylvie held the position of Responsable Insertion & Relation Entreprises at ASS PAUL GUINOT POUR AVEUGLES MALVOYANTS, focusing on recruitment, training needs analysis, and project management related to visually impaired workers.
