Vanessa Lilembo

Vanessa LILEMBO currently holds the position of Juriste acheteur at Opco Atlas since December 2023, actively contributing to the organization of the legal and compliance department, managing public procurement procedures, and providing legal expertise throughout project execution. Prior to this, Vanessa served as a public buyer at SIEC - Maison des Examens from March 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included training staff, developing purchasing strategies, and overseeing contract execution. Other roles included positions in legal assistance and research within the Ministry of Ecological Transition, and a public law internship at Mairie de Boissy-Saint-Léger. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil and has a diverse background in legal, administrative, and public procurement fields.
