Ryan Daley

Ryan Daley is an experienced professional in fleet electrification and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Fleet Electrification Solutions at OpConnect since August 2024. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Fleet Consulting at NextEra Mobility from March 2022 to May 2024, and before that, served as Senior Manager at Mercury Associates, Inc. from July 2020 to February 2022. As the Founding CEO of Sawatch Labs from August 2016 to October 2019, Ryan focused on helping organizations transition to new transportation technologies. Additional roles include a consultancy at Securing America's Future Energy, management of analytics at Evercar, and a Senior Project Leader position at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Ryan began a career in auditing with the State of Colorado and gained early experience in academic counseling and legal support. Education includes a Master of Arts in Political Geography from UCLA and a Bachelor's in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder.
