Caitlin McRary, MSML, currently serves as the Sr. Human Resources Coordinator at Open Arms Care, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Caitlin worked as the Human Resources Director for a Chick-fil-A franchise from March 2021 to December 2021, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Amedisys from September 2019 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Clerk at Cherokee Health Systems from January 2018 to July 2019. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Nonprofit Organizations from Johnson University (2012-2016).
