Shannon McCarthy

Shannon McCarthy serves as the Culture & Systems Manager at Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. since January 2022 and has been an Independent Contractor for Reflection Resources since May 2021. Previously, Shannon held the position of Vice President at Simple Food Group from December 2012 to May 2021, and served as Program Director for the WI Seasonal Workforce Coalition at Interfaith Older Adult Programs, Inc. from March 2011 to December 2012, where management of relationships between workforce agencies and employers was a primary focus. Additional experience includes roles at Gilda's Club Southeastern Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, and various internships in nonprofit environments. Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit and Community Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008 and participated in a study abroad program with Semester at Sea in 2007.
