Dominique Bolus

In her role as Group COO, Dominique executes special projects across the Open Box Group. She also guides and assists senior and middle management with the strategic direction and operations of the group. She has a people-first approach and is passionate about growing potential and building high-performing teams.

Dominique has a Business Science Honours degree in Marketing from UCT, and 18 years of experience in the manufacturing, restaurant, and IT industries. She started her career in London and, upon returning to South Africa, joined the Spur Corporation, a JSE-listed entity. At Spur, she held various positions including Group International Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Group CRM and Digital Manager. With a strong affinity for technology and strategy, Dominique then joined Spur's IT Department where she led that team as the Group Information Executive and Head of Applications.
