Erica L.

Erica L. is an experienced content professional with a significant background in managing content strategies and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Content at Open Core Ventures since August 2022, Erica previously held several key positions at GitLab Inc., including Senior Manager of Global Content, where oversight included multiple sub-teams and leadership of nine full-time employees. Erica played a pivotal role in building GitLab's content marketing presence and strategies. Additional experience includes roles as Content Marketing Manager at Upland Kapost, Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, and various writing positions at Hipcamp, 303 Magazine, Communikey Festival, Boulder Weekly, and 5280 Magazine. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism - Broadcast Production from the University of Colorado Boulder and has furthered education at Harvard Extension School.
