Susan Sutton

Susan Sutton, MA, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Open Core Ventures since August 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Brightflow AI from April 2021 to July 2024, including Head of People & Culture and Chief of Staff. Additionally, Susan was a Fellow in the On Deck Chief of Staff Fellowship program from January 2022 to January 2023, focusing on the unique demands of the chief of staff role. Previous experience includes roles as Design & Marketing Associate at Gallery Wendi Norris, Executive Director at Ballroom Marfa, and positions at The Menil Collection as Assistant Curator and Curatorial Assistant. Education includes a Master's Degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from the University of Houston.
