Charmaine L.

Charmaine L. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charmaine is currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Strategy at Open Door Legal, where they lead organization design, change management, and product management initiatives. Charmaine co-founded Be Our Neighbor in 2020 and also served as a Board Member at Votion. In 2019, they founded Tayo Collective, an organization design and strategy firm. Charmaine has worked as a Coach at HireClub and as a Fellow at On Deck. Prior to that, they were the Lead Instructor for Product Management at General Assembly and held senior roles at Singularity University and StartUp Health. Charmaine began their career as the Lead Product Manager for New Ventures at Dev Bootcamp.

Charmaine L. has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended Landmark and completed the Landmark Forum. From 2013 to 2015, they studied at General Assembly, specializing in Front-end Web Development, User Experience Design, and Product Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Charmaine attended Emory University, where they focused on Anthropology. Charmaine also attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Science from 2001 to 2005.
