Lexi Binazir

Lexi Binazir has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Lexi started their career as an Associate Attorney at Hone Maxwell LLP, where they represented and advised taxpayers in tax controversies. Lexi also provided guidance on legal issues related to FATCA and FinCEN. Lexi then worked as a Senior Associate at Andersen Tax (WTAS LLC), specializing in state and local tax planning and representing clients in tax controversies.

After that, Lexi joined MZ, where they served as a Corporate Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and eventually as a Senior Corporate & Tax Counsel. Their responsibilities included providing legal counsel and representing the company in various corporate and tax matters.

In 2020, they transitioned to AppLovin and held the position of Senior Corporate & Tax Counsel before being promoted to Managing Counsel, International & Corporate. Lexi is currently working as the Director of Corporate at AppLovin.

Lexi's most recent role is as the Director & Treasurer at Open Door Legal, where they are involved in pioneering universal access to civil legal representation to address poverty.

Lexi Binazir attended the University of San Francisco School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they studied Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco from 2004 to 2006, earning a BA degree. In 2002 and 2004, Lexi also attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
