Mariquita Blumberg

Mariquita Blumberg is an experienced executive coach and leadership consultant, serving as the founder of Blumberg Leadership Consulting since 2003. Currently, Mariquita is a board member of Rise Against Hunger and the president of Westchester Jewish Community Services, which provides essential mental health services. Mariquita has also held advisory roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's UPOP Program and the Edgemont Union Free School District, where leadership positions include Board President. Previous experience includes guiding women leaders at Chief and executive coaching at Reboot.io. Prior to consulting, Mariquita held various leadership roles at DoubleClick, including Global Director of Sales Operations and Product Director of Advertiser Solutions. Mariquita holds a BS in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in Organization Development from American University.
