Nedal Alsalman

Nedal Alsalman is an experienced human rights advocate currently serving as the Director at the Bahrain Centre for Human Rights since March 2011 and as the Convenor of IFEX since May 2018. Previously, Nedal held the position of Vice President at the International Federation for Human Rights from November 2019 to November 2022 and served as President of the MENA monitoring group from April 2016 to May 2022. Earlier in the career, Nedal worked as a Business Studies teacher at Hoora School, part of the Ministry of Education, from June 1995 to May 2009.
