Talita Holzer

Talita Holzer serves as the Head of Programmes at Open Doors Initiative, managing participant-focused programmes such as Pathways to Progress and Towards Work since August 2022. Previously, Talita held the position of Program Manager at Open Doors Initiative, leading the development of Pathways to Progress and providing support to migrants and refugees. Talita has extensive experience in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion as a member of the Governing Body Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Technological University Dublin. As a CEO and Co-Founder of waytoB, Talita developed an award-winning solution to support individuals with higher support needs. Talita also founded GoingFar, a non-profit organization aiding diverse migrant professionals, and contributed to projects aimed at increasing gender diversity in STEM at Trinity College Dublin. Educational qualifications include degrees in Engineering with Management from Trinity College Dublin and Manufacturing Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos.
