Gianni Arena

Gianni Arena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Open Energy since December 2020, Gianni has been instrumental in the development of HyperSwap EV Battery Swap. Prior to this role, Gianni founded KTI Key Technology Innovation and held the position of Founder and CEO from March 2017 to March 2021. From February 2011 to February 2016, Gianni was the Manager of Vehicle Architecture at Qoros Auto, following a notable tenure in mechanical design at Italdesign Giugiaro from January 1999 to February 2011, and as a Mechanical Manufacturer at Danisi Engineering from January 1997 to 1999.
