Shahar Samuel

Shahar Samuel currently serves as GM Israel at OpenEyes since June 2023. Previously, Shahar worked at Sensa as VP Operations in the US, where responsibilities included relocating to Austin, overseeing operations and growth, and achieving $2M ARR in the first year. As Chief Operating Officer at Sensa, Shahar established operational infrastructure, secured reinsurance agreements, and launched products across multiple states. Prior experience includes roles as VP Business Development at MDGO, managing GTM strategy and B2B sales, and as Fastlane Program Managing Director at Drive - Mobility Center, facilitating partnerships with mobility startups. Earlier roles include Mobility Sector Manager at Deloitte Israel and Owner/CEO of Hangover Escape Room. Shahar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
