During their time there, they successfully introduced raw pet foods into pet specialty distribution channels and achieved sales growth from zero to $12 million in the first year. Amy spent three years in this role from 2002 to 2005.

Amy's earlier work experience includes a role as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 1999 to 2002 and a Sales Associate position at Hallmark Cards from 1992 to 1999.
