Claudia Terenzi is a highly experienced Network Operations Specialist at Open Fiber since August 2022, with a strong background in IT and telecommunications. Prior roles include Supervisor of the service desk at Alosys Communications, where leadership was directed towards an important telecommunications project, and Helpdesk Operator at Teleperformance, providing first-level support for a leading American smartphone manufacturer. Claudia also served as Operational Coordinator at I.T.C, managing personnel for a significant project with the Ministry of Interior, and as Helpdesk Manager at Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale, overseeing front and back office operations within the Social Policies Department of the City of Rome.
