Domenico Galli

Domenico Galli currently serves as the direttore legale e concessioni at Open Fiber since July 2025, following a brief tenure as Direttore Affari legali, societari e compliance at Mercitalia spa. Galli has extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors for TRAINOSE S.A and TRENITALIA UK LIMITED, and previously held the position of Vice President Legal, Corporate Affairs and Compliance at Trenitalia S.p.A. In the legal field, Galli has been involved in domestic litigation, competition law, and corporate compliance, among other areas. Prior to these roles, Galli was a name partner at the law firm EULEX – "Galli & Associati" and served as a professor at Università LUMSA, where Galli specialized in administrative law and public procurement.
