Flavia B. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and international law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate Affairs at Open Fiber since February 2023, Flavia focuses on supporting the development of ultra-broadband fibre-optic network infrastructure in Italy. Prior to this role, Flavia was Corporate Legal Counsel at Leonardo, contributing to aerospace, defense, and security solutions from February 2021 to March 2023. Flavia's career in legal advisory began at PwC Italy as a Senior Associate in M&A and Corporate Law from November 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
