Gabriella Penzo is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience across various roles in leading companies. Currently serving as Wholesale Key Account Manager at Open Fiber since October 2021, Gabriella focuses on managing and developing residential market customers to enhance fibre connectivity. Prior to this role, Gabriella contributed to Vodafone Business as a leader in Quality & Go To Market Processes within Corporate Marketing, prioritizing customer lifecycle enhancements and digital transformation strategies. Previous positions at Vodafone included Senior Project Manager in Customer Operations and Fixed Network Solution and System Engineer in Network Engineering. Gabriella's career began at Wind as a NW Design Specialist and included earlier roles as a Tester at Opera21 and a Consultant at CM. Gabriella holds two degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and has completed an Erasmus program at University College Cork.
