Mauro Nicoletti

Mauro Nicoletti is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in network management and support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and SOC Technical Specialist at Open Fiber since April 2019, Mauro specializes in the configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, OLT, and WDM transport networks. Prior roles include working at Wind Tre from May 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities included fault analysis and performance verification of mobile radio access networks for 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies, as well as technical support in the national mobile network supervision center. Earlier experience at Wind involved monitoring and maintaining transport networks with a focus on PDH and SDH configurations. Mauro’s technical journey began with radar system engineering at Selex-SI, including installation and configuration for air traffic control, and earlier roles encompassed electrical systems installation at Elettrica Roma snc. Mauro holds a diploma as an Expert Technician Industrial Specialist in Electronics and Telecommunications from I.T.I.S Armellini and completed Fibra Ottica training in 2018.
