Nicola Grassi

Nicola Grassi currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Open Fiber, overseeing a department of 1,400 employees and driving the company’s technical strategy to enhance innovation and growth in the telecommunications sector. Previous roles include Chief Technology & Operations Officer at TIM, where Grassi managed over 21,300 personnel and was accountable for network operations and technical infrastructure. Grassi has also held leadership positions at Ericsson, Accenture, Cellnex Italia, and Wind Tre, contributing to significant advancements in technology, digital services, and network infrastructure. An alumnus of Politecnico di Milano with a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Grassi has also completed executive programs at Singularity University and a Master's in Information Technology at Cefriel.
