Paolo Salucci

Head Customer Service Management at Open Fiber

Paolo Salucci started their work experience with Wind in 2000 as an Information Technology Product Manager, where they analyzed internal customer needs and managed requests related to national interconnection agreements. Paolo then became a Wholesale Services Negotiation Manager, responsible for defining and negotiating contracts with national operators for the acquisition and sale of regulated and non-regulated wholesale services. Paolo also participated in working groups to develop documentation supporting relationships with government regulatory bodies. In 2008, they became the Wholesale Services Execution Manager, overseeing the implementation of wholesale service contracts. Paolo joined Open Fiber in 2017 as a Sales Manager and later became a Service Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head Customer Service Management.

Paolo Salucci has attended Sapienza Università di Roma where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications. Additionally, they have also studied at Liceo Scientifico "Vitruvio Pollione" in Avezzano, although the degree and field of study from this institution are not specified.
