Catherine Birch

Catherine Birch is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Open GI since June 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at Iress for nearly a decade, holding positions including People Partner - Organisational Development, where contributions were made to global and regional people development initiatives and change management. During this tenure, Catherine managed the Culture Amp employee engagement platform.
