Fanny Udin

Human Resources Manager at Open Government Partnership

Fanny Udin joined the Open Government Partnership as Human Resources Manager in June 2022. Based in London, she focuses on providing global HR support to staff while helping the team advance their ambitious work plan.

Prior to OGP, Fanny worked as the Human Resources Manager for Better Cotton Initiative, the world’s leading sustainability initiative for cotton. In her role, she supported the organization through a critical growth period; developing HR processes, employee packages, and policies for an international workforce, as well as setting up offices in new locations. She also worked for three years as an Operations Coordinator for the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), a 2017 Nobel Peace Prize Recipient.

Fanny holds a BS in International Management and completed her MA in Socio-Economics at the University of Geneva.
