Moulaye Traore

IRM National Researcher at Open Government Partnership

Moulaye Traore serves as an IRM National Researcher at the Open Government Partnership since December 2019 and as Director General of the Cabinet African Capacities for Development and Integration (AFRI'CADI) since August 2019. Additionally, Moulaye has held the position of Country Coordinator for Burkina Faso at the Fondation Internationale Tierno et Mariam since November 2016 and has extensive experience in program management, human resources, and project coordination across various organizations. Moulaye's previous roles include responsibilities in education, health, sustainable agriculture, and socio-economic support for women at ICCV/NAZEMSE. With a strong background in project planning, budget management, and team development, Moulaye has contributed to significant evaluations and studies related to agriculture, food security, and water governance. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences from Université de Ouagadougou and a Master 2 in Project Management from Université Aube Nouvelle.
