Susan has held various roles in human resources and operations, including Director of Human Resources at Open Hand Atlanta and Director of Operations and Human Resource Administrator at Gabriel Restaurant Group. Susan holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Culinary Certification from The Culinary Institute of America.
