Joanna Bottiglieri

Joanna Bottiglieri, Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joanna is currently employed at OPEN Health as the Global People Development Lead and Global Learning & Development Lead. Prior to that, they worked at APPLE (UK) LIMITED as the Learning & Development Lead, where they played a crucial role in improving the customer NPS score through training initiatives. Before their role at Apple, Joanna worked at APPLE RETAIL UK LIMITED in multiple positions, including People Operations Planner, Creative/Trainer, and Technical Specialist. Joanna also has experience as an Owner of FunKtional Health & Fitness, where they specialized in personal training and sports massage therapy. Additionally, Joanna worked as a Sports Therapist & In-Store Run/Biomechanics Expert at Moti and as a Health & Fitness Manager at Fitness First. Joanna started their career as an IT Manager at Hewlett Packard Managed Services and later worked as an IT Manager and Network Support Analyst at Bank of Ireland Mortgages. Throughout their career, Joanna has been involved in various aspects of recruitment, leadership development, budgetary control, and delivering training programs.

Joanna Bottiglieri, Assoc CIPD, completed their education at various institutions. In 2018-2019, they attended Avado and pursued the CIPD L & D Level 5 program. In 2008, they obtained the REPS Level 4 degree in Personal Training & Sports Therapy from Premier Global Training. Prior to that, they studied Business & Marketing at Reading College from 1994 to 1997, earning an HNC degree. In their earlier years, between 1983 and 1989, Joanna attended Little Heath, Tilehurst. Furthermore, they completed a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in Project Management through private study. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Coaching New Managers from LinkedIn in 2022.
