Christine Hemphill

Christine Hemphill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in market research, disability inclusion, and triathlon coaching. Currently serving as an EDI Council Member and Co-Chair of MRS Unlimited at the Market Research Society, Christine focuses on promoting disability-inclusive research practices. As the Founder and Managing Director of Open Inclusion since 2015, Christine leads initiatives to enhance customer experiences for all. Previous roles include work as the Inclusive Design in XR Workstream Lead at XR Access, Strategy Director at Fathom Creative & Design, and various managerial positions in the financial services sector, including Commonwealth Bank and Westpac. Christine holds an MBA and degrees in Economics and Asian Studies, along with certifications in triathlon coaching and accessibility.
