Tsugikazu Shibata

Tsugikazu Shibata is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the open-source software domain. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Asia at Open Invention Network since June 2019, Shibata also holds the position of Senior Advisor and Board member at The Linux Foundation since November 2006. Previously, Shibata spent nearly two decades at NEC Corporation, where roles included Chief Advanced Technologist and various senior management positions focused on OSS and Linux promotion.
