Emily Yan

Emily Yan, CPA, CFE has a diverse range of work experience. Emily is currently employed as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Open Lending since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG US as an Accounting Advisory Manager from August 2013 to April 2021. Emily also gained early experience as a Tax Intern at both Premier Group Services, Inc from January 2013 to April 2013 and the Beijing Municipal Office of State Administration of Taxation from April 2010 to June 2010.

Emily Yan, CPA, CFE holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Internal Audit from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in 2011. In addition, they obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2017 and became a Certified Public Accountant through the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy in 2016.
