Irek Klimczak

Irek Klimczak has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Irek began their career as a Translator at Art of Translation, where they translated and edited documents in multiple languages. Irek then worked as a Web Editor at TECHBASE Group, overseeing a team of writers and creating marketing content. At Distinction Language Centre, they designed and conducted English language courses. Irek later joined Simple Communication as a Project Coordinator, managing services such as translation, interpretation, and language training. Irek gained further experience in marketing and customer acquisition while working at GetResponse, where they held roles such as Content Marketing Expert and Customer Content Lead. Irek also served as a Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku and Poznań University of Economics and Business, teaching email marketing and e-marketing. As a self-employed Email Marketing Consultant, they assisted companies in developing effective strategies and executing impactful campaigns. Currently, Irek is working at Open Loyalty as the Content & Community Lead, driving content projects and building a community around loyalty program implementation and management. Overall, their experience spans content creation, project management, teaching, and consultancy within the marketing and language fields.

Irek Klimczak completed their undergraduate education at the University of Gdansk from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Irek then pursued further education at the same university from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Russian Language and Literature. In 2021, Irek enrolled in the Gdańsk University of Technology to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Email Messaging Optimization from the MECLABS Institute in October 2017, as well as Strategy Formulation and Strategic Management from Coursera Course Certificates.
