Marcin Dyguda

Marcin Dyguda is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and operational roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery at Open Loyalty since May 2025, Marcin previously held the position of Head of Operational Excellence at ICEO - Venture Builder and led the engineering team at Hinterview from November 2020 to April 2024. Notable accomplishments include driving customer-centric integrations and guiding product strategy while mentoring aspiring engineering leaders at Plato. Prior experience at Divante involved leadership roles, including Engineering Director and Interim VP of Engineering, overseeing substantial teams and implementing strategic growth initiatives. Marcin Dyguda holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Econometry from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
