Nika Kuznetsova (Kryachko)

Nika Kuznetsova (Kryachko) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of investor relations and investment banking. Nika currently holds advisory roles at Xploration Capital, Allegians, and Open Mineral, starting in 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Investor Relations at MMK from November 2019 to October 2022, where they were responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing the company's investment case and IR strategy, and managing the IR team. During their tenure, they successfully increased the market cap by 50% and led equity placements and a project on Eurobonds restructuring. Prior to MMK, Nika was the Head of Investor Relations at O'KEY group from April 2017 to November 2019 and the Head of IR and capital markets at Uralkali from August 2015 to April 2017. Nika has also worked at UC RUSAL, where they held roles as Senior Manager in Investor Relations and M&A Analyst in Corporate Development. Nika began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at VTB Capital and gained experience as an Investment Banking Intern at Credit Suisse.

In 2006, Nika Kuznetsova (Kryachko) began their academic journey at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations. Nika graduated with honors, receiving a Bachelor's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in 2011.

Nika then continued their education at the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation. Once again, they achieved outstanding academic performance, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Seeking further expertise in the field of finance, Nika Kuznetsova (Kryachko) pursued a Postgraduate Degree at the Finance University from 2014 to 2018, specializing in Corporate Finance.

In 2021, Nika furthered their education by attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Nika completed the Executive Education, Lead Program with a focus on Organizational Leadership, Corporate Innovation, Design Thinking, and General Management.
