Sara El Ali

Sara El Ali has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being a Global Human Resources Manager at Open Mineral since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Farzana Trading as a Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to October 2022 and as a Human Resources Assistant from November 2013 to January 2015. Before joining Farzana Trading, they served as an Executive Secretary at Beza Tourism from January 2012 to January 2013.

Sara El Ali completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Amity University Dubai between 2015 and 2017. Sara then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, known as CIPD Level 7, from CIPD Qualifications in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from the American College of Dubai from 2012 to 2014.
