Rohit Venugopal

Rohit Venugopal is a seasoned professional in the Fintech and HR domains, currently serving as VP - New Initiatives at Open Financial Technologies since September 2024. Rohit has been integral to startup environments, co-founding 50Fin and leading the development of innovative Fintech solutions that blend investment portfolios with credit offerings. Previously, Rohit held significant roles at Razorpay as Business Head for RazorpayX Payroll, driving business operations following the acquisition of Opfin, where Rohit was also part of the founding team. With experience at companies such as ZingHR, SpringRole Inc., Recruiterbox, Solutions Infini, Flipkart, and D. E. Shaw Research, Rohit has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and HR processes, underpinned by a BSc in Physics, Electronics, and Mathematics from St. Joseph's University.
