Ayush Agarwal serves as the Lead for Field Expansion & Growth Initiatives at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) since February 2023, focusing on democratizing digital commerce in India. Previously at magicpin as AVP for SME Growth, Ayush also held various roles at OYO, including Hub Head for Hotels/Homes/Belvilla in Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, and City Head for OYO LIFE, where responsibilities included supply addition and revenue generation. Prior experience at Airtel encompassed roles such as Senior Manager for Rural GTM Strategy and Zonal Sales Manager for Mobility Prepaid & Payments Bank, along with a background in business planning and a management trainee position as part of the Young Leaders Program. Ayush holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
