Lisa Hagy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Open Plan Systems since June 2011, Lisa leads efforts in recruiting and placing qualified candidates across various industries, while also overseeing employment records and legal compliance. Previously, Lisa held the position of Director of Operations & HR at Essex HR, supporting a large workforce and managing candidate placement for numerous clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Decker Fasteners Ltd., where Lisa managed accounting functions for multiple companies. Lisa Hagy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
