Nicholas H. Phillips has extensive work experience in the meat industry. Nicholas H. currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Open Range Beef and Copper City Meats. Previously, they served as the Director of Meat Operations at Performance Food Group. Before that, they worked at Buckhead Beef Company in various roles, including Vice President of Operations & Production, Director of Production, Production Manager, Production Operations Analyst, Production Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Associate. Additionally, they gained experience in meat distribution and butcher operations as an Assistant Operations Manager at Debragga & Spitler. Nicholas H. also worked as a Line Cook at Quality Meats and as an Environmental Scientist at Envirotactics, where they obtained numerous land use permits. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Dispatcher at Allaire Limousine and as a Research Assistant at William Paterson University, conducting bat population surveys.
Nicholas H. Phillips has a Grand Diplomé in the field of Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute, which they obtained in 2010. Before that, they attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Biology, though they did not obtain a degree. Nicholas completed their high school education at St. Rose High School from 1995 to 2000. Nicholas H. also possesses additional certifications in Food Handler, HAZWOPPER, and Wetlands Delineator from ServeSafe, OSHA, and NJDEP respectively.
