Tylor Setzer-Wylie

Tylor Setzer-Wylie is currently a Customer Success Engineer at Open Raven. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Wiz from March 2022 to June 2022 and at Synack, Inc. from June 2021 to December 2021. At Wiz, they advised a portfolio of 10+ enterprise and mid-enterprise accounts and educated customers on products and services to foster success within the account. They also partnered with internal technical and sales teams to align account activities and strategy. At Synack, they were responsible for a portfolio of 30+ accounts and managed the client relationship and customer success. They also served as the client's advocate and expert in aligning solutions with client needs. In addition, they partnered with technical, sales, and marketing teams to offer client solutions and oversaw successful implementation and product delivery. Lastly, they fostered a strategic relationship with the client for future growth and opportunities.

Tylor Setzer-Wylie has completed a Cloud Computing program at Western Governors University and has obtained certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
