Khaled Al Sabawi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Khaled is the Founder & CEO of Open Screenplay since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice Chairman & CEO at Union Construction and Investment (UCI) from 2011. During their tenure at UCI, they co-founded TABO Palestine, a real estate tech project aimed at providing affordable residential land to Palestinians.

Khaled also worked at MENA Geothermal, where they served as the Founder and President. Khaled was responsible for managing a team of 20 employees and installing the first geothermal systems in Palestine. MENA Geothermal received multiple awards for its work in the field.

In 2016, they attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to develop their skills in Transformational Leadership: Leading at the Edge.
