Pratik Gaur

Pratik Gaur has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pratik is currently the Head of Procurement at Open Secret, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Pratik founded MurliLila in 2014.

From February 2022 to September 2022, Pratik worked at Livspace as the Sourcing Ops Manager - Global (Hardware & Fittings). In this role, they were responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, negotiation, and managing a team. Pratik also handled procurement for CAPEX and OPEX, launched a private label, managed category P&L, and sourced hardware internationally.

Pratik also has experience as a Director at Homezy Property Solutions Pvt Ltd. from February 2020 to January 2022, where they handled sales, operations, marketing, and PR. Pratik also served as the Chief Executive Officer at the same company from February 2020 to August 2021.

Prior to that, Pratik worked as an Associate Program Manager (Procurement) at 91springboard from June 2019 to January 2020. Pratik was responsible for managing project procurement, vendor development, negotiations, and large CAPEX procurement. Pratik also developed SOPs for procurement and reduced the procurement cycle.

Pratik has also worked at Livspace.com as a Vendor Manager from January 2019 to May 2019 and from February 2018 to January 2019. Pratik also served as a Manager (Custom Products Sourcing) at Livspace.com from December 2015 to January 2018.

Pratik's earlier experience includes working as an Export Manager at Bhavya Art & Crafts from September 2013 to November 2015.

Pratik Gaur completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JECRC Jodhpur from 2009 to 2013.
